Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program CDPAP is a Medicaid program providing services to elderly or disabled individuals, allowing them to remain at home.

 

This program allows friends and family members, except for spouses and legal guardians, to be your provider. Eligible clients must have Medicaid or be Medicaid-eligible.

Since 2008, Attentive Care has successfully administered a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program which allows the consumer to live in the community as independently as possible. This program is designed to enable the consumer to take an active role in planning their home care.

Attentive Care works with our clients from different cultures with a translator program if needed.

Our staff is multilingual and sign language proficient. We support our client's cultural, ethnic, and language requirements.
